Retention of title.
All goods remain the property of Gorila Grafica until paid for in full. If payment cannot be made the day of completion of works then please advise prior to fitting as signage may be removed if payment cannot be made.
Designs and copyright.
All designs, text and images presented by Gorila Grafica remain the intellectual property of Gorila Grafica until a detailed proof has been signed and payment made for such works. Alternative ideas presented to the client and not formally requested remain the property of Gorila Grafica.
Any artwork, images or text supplied to Gorila Grafica by the client must also be free of copyright restriction or be legally owned by the client.
Hard copies or electronic copies of Gorila Grafica's design work will not be issued without payment for such works.
Payment.
Payment terms are 30% on order of works and the remaining 70% on completion. Should the client be unhappy with the work then a retention of 20% will be deemed acceptable until the works are completed to the clients satisfaction. In the unlikely event of the works not being to the clients satisfaction then the works shall be removed and a full refund issued.
In the case of cancellation the fee will be taken as the cost of time, labour and materials that have been incurred up to a maximum of the full 30% deposit.
Complaints.
Complaints are taken very seriously and we endeavour to be professional, courteous and reasonable at all times. If there is any aspect of our work that has caused concern then please contact us first to give us the opportunity to rectify the matter. Good business is built on trust, value and word of mouth. We stick by the old adage of; "if you are impressed with our work tell your friends, if you are unhappy tell us".
Price Matching.
We have taken the time and effort to build a website that incorporates a pricing guide for our customers convenience. We believe that we are offering good value for money as well as a professional and quality service. There are those (in any business) that work on the theory that you should "charge what you can get away with" or alternatively "I'll beat any quote by a Euro". We believe we are fair, and hope that you respect our honesty and transparency by being fair with us, give us the chance to respond to any criticism or undercutting as very often corner cutting can lead to poor quality work.
